Up Next: Last week, Colorado’s delinking bill, HB 25-1094, passed out of the Senate Health & Human Services Committee by a vote of 7-2. During the hearing, the opposition put forth more witnesses than the proponents, and PCMA would like to thank the efforts of member companies for gathering pharmacists, an economist, and other staff to testify. Senator Dylan Roberts (D) amended the delinking portion of the bill, but our concerns remain. The bill was subsequently referred to the Appropriations Committee. Given the makeup of that committee, PCMA shifted our grasstops outreach and our grassroots advertising to target the Senate as a whole.
