In Review: Last week saw movement of each of the three bills we have been working on this session, HB 1010 (white bagging), HB 1149 (prior authorization restrictions and prescription gold carding), and SB 54 (GLP-1 coverage mandate). While the white bagging and gold carding bills have been mitigated significantly, PCMA continues working in opposition to the proposals. However, the proponents continue to reject additional amendments. We know the governor has concerns about the white bagging and GLP-1 mandate, so we will continue our conversations until the end.
