In Review: Late Wednesday evening last week, the Colorado General Assembly adjourned sine die. During this session, PCMA and our member companies worked to mitigate a white bagging bill and a prior authorization/gold carding bill, but both bills passed through both Houses. The GLP-1 mandate was held in House Appropriations after the Senate rejected the cost concerns raised by PCMA, AHIP, the Colorado Association of Health Plans, and the state Medicaid agency.
