In Review: With the legislative session ending later this week, the General Assembly worked over the weekend and passed HB 1010, the weight loss drug coverage mandate. The governor’s office continues to have concerns about the bill and may consider a veto due to the expected fiscal impact of covering GLP-1s. PCMA is working on a veto letter for review by the Colorado team early this week.
