In Review: PCMA participated in the Prescription Drug Task Force’s PBM Oversight Subcommittee where the Office of Health Strategy gave a presentation on the PBM report they will release late this month. Senator Saud Anwar (D), Senate Chair of the Public Health Committee, introduced SB 446. SB 446 includes delinking and a ban on retroactive fees from pharmacies. The bill has been assigned to the Insurance and Real Estate Committee.
