In Review: PCMA met with Connecticut’s Taft-Hartley Trust to discuss the bills dealing with delinking, fiduciary, and a ban on spread pricing. The Taft-Hartley helped defeat a prior authorization bill last year. We focused the discussion on how these bills will impact their contracts with their PBM and the costs associated with it. They will review the bills and materials PCMA provided and let us know if they plan on getting engaged.
