In Review: PCMA is responding to a draft bill from the Department of Insurance seeking to update several PBM statutes. The draft includes a proposed increase in pharmacy dispensing fees, and possibly an expansion of the Department’s authority over ERISA plans as it pertains to spread prohibition. It also proposes an update to the pharmacy audit and MAC statutes.
