In Review: Aside from the Senate and House priority healthcare bills (HB 1549, SB 7016, and 7018) that do not impact the industry, PCMA is currently tracking eight bills in Florida ranging in topic from international drug reference pricing, formulary management, prior authorization 340B, and copay accumulators. For now, none of the legislation seems fast-tracked, although the 340B legislation is of potential concern.
