In Review: Last week, Senator Jason Brodeur (R) filed SB 1760, which covers a variety of PBM topics, like appeals, transparency, and pharmacy reimbursement. The bill also includes language that would essentially prohibit PBMs from having an affiliated manufacturer. Sen. Brodeur historically has been vocal against PBMs and is likely to push this bill aggressively.

Up Next: PCMA will be in Tallahassee this week to meet with legislators and staff on SB 1760 and several other PBM-related bills. As of today, no bills have been set for a hearing.
