In Review: Earlier this month, the Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR) issued a data call to begin the process of market conduct examinations of pharmacy benefit managers licensed in Florida. The request, asking for a list of contracted plans in Florida, required a tight turnaround time and presented several questions of members. PCMA has contacted OIR with questions about the market conduct exams, timelines, etc. but has not heard back at this time.
