In Review: Last week, PCMA held a planning meeting for the 2025 legislative session. In addition to discussing potential legislation the industry will see, the group also heard from Floridians for Affordable Healthcare (PCMA Coalition) and discussed how they can be best leveraged during session. PCMA is also continuing to find inroads with the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation, who has been unwilling to provide any substantial response to industry concerns around the ongoing market conduct exams.
