Up Next: Following the commencement of market conduct exams for PBMs licensed in Florida, which includes the provision of over 41 fields of data for all types of plans (ERISA, small and large group, individual, Medicare, and Tricare), PCMA has requested a meeting with the Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR) staff to discuss certain aspects of how the exams are being conducted. PCMA has or will be talking to the Erisa Industry Committee, the American Benefits Council, and other employer groups, informing them of the OIR’s actions and leveraging the Florida-based coalition on additional outreach efforts.
