In Review: PCMA and member companies continue meeting with Representative Jennifer Kincart Jonsson (R) on HB 697 and Senator Jason Brodeur (R) on SB 1760. PCMA spoke this week at the hearing on SB 1760, expressing our concerns with the bill as written. Since then, PCMA and member companies have been working with staff on language to mitigate the bills. Additionally, HB 1263 was introduced this week, the Department’s clean-up bill addressing a number of issues. Specific to PBMs is the language that could unfavorably modify the Department’s Market Conduct Exams.
