Up Next: PCMA has received a response from the OIR on a meeting, which is in the process of being scheduled. While PCMA plans to discuss several aspects of the market conduct exams, including the deadlines set to share information, HIPAA privacy and security, ERISA and federally regulated plans, and more, the meeting will not occur before the first deadline of February 21. PCMA will be sharing a letter outlining the concerns in order to get on the record ahead of Friday and use that as the basis for the soon-to-be-scheduled meeting.
