Last week, PCMA submitted a letter outlining industry concerns surrounding the ongoing market conduct exams, which will serve as a guide for the discussion. Items to be discussed include the lack of clarity to the industry, unreasonable timelines, handling of sensitive information, and federal preemption issues.
