In Review: PCMA and member companies have been meeting regularly with Representative Jennifer Kincart-Jonsson (R), HB 697, and Senator Jason Brodeur (R), on SB 1760. This week, PCMA presented both authors with our primary concerns regarding their legislation, focusing on affiliated manufacturing, frozen formulary, and other industry concerns. PCMA is working with members to provide alternative language to address our primary concerns and, where possible, mitigate these bills.

Up Next: PCMA anticipates that SB 1760 will be heard in the first committee this coming Wednesday, while HB 679 may be heard in its third committee next week.
