In Review: On Friday, the Florida General Assembly adjourned the 2024 legislative session. Of the legislation PCMA was tracking, only one bill passed, HB 201, which addresses emergency refills of insulin. After the 2023 session with the passing of SB 1550, a slower session was expected. However, all signs are pointing to a return to ‘normal’ in 2025.
