In Review: Last year, PCMA was engaged on several issues in Georgia, with most of our focus on point-of-sale rebates and white bagging. Neither issue passed but was left pending and heavily discussed during the interim.

Up Next: PCMA anticipates HB 343, point-of-sale rebates, will be in the Senate Committee on Health and Human Services on January 22, and HB 924, white bagging, will be in the House Committee on Insurance next week. PCMA is working with our coalition partners in opposition to HB 343 and HB 924.
