In Review: Last week, PCMA and our member company representatives received word that HB 343, which is on POS Rebates, would be in committee this week. PCMA, our member companies, and the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) spent the week meeting with Senate Public Health Committee members in opposition to HB 343.

Up Next:  PCMA anticipates that HB 343 will be heard and voted on in the Senate Public Health this Wednesday, January 24, at 3:00 P.M. PCMA will continue to work in concert with NFIB and the GA Health Plan Association to educate members of the committee in advance of the hearing.
