In Review: Last week, HB 196 passed out of the House by Representative Trey Kelley (R) and is now awaiting committee assignement in the Senate. House Bill 196 would require the SHBP to reimburse independent pharmacies at NADAC plus the Medicaid rate, passed out of the House Health Committee unanimously.
