In Review: HB 942, a white bagging bill, was in the sub-committee last week and moved to the full insurance committee without a vote. Before the full committee hearing on Wednesday, the committee Chair, Representative James Lumsden (R), pushed the bill back to the sub-committee.

Up Next: HB 942 will return to the Insurance sub-committee on Tuesday, February 6. PCMA is working with the GA Health Plan Association on an amendment requiring hospitals to agree to specialty pharmacy rates and has support from committee members.
