In Review: Last year, HB 810 by Representative Rick Jasperese (R) was introduced, establishing NADAC + $10.64 as the reimbursement rate for pharmacies, applying to all plan types except the State Health Benefit Plan and Medicaid.
Up Next: House Bill 810 will be heard in the House Health Committee on Monday. PCMA is working with members to activate the business community for the hearing, with the intent of the business community leading the opposition.
