In Review: Since cross-over, PCMA has been working in the Senate to amend HB 1363, which would require the State Health Benefit Plant to study the cost implications of moving to a NADA + reimbursement methodology for pharmacy reimbursement. PCMA is focused on removing “trigger” language in the bill that would force the SHBP to adopt the NADAC + methodology.
Up Next: PCMA and our members will continue to educate Senators on HB 1363 and HB 924, which is the ban on white bagging legislation.
