In Review: Since the cross-over, PCMA has continued to work in the Senate to amend HB 1363, requiring the State Health Benefit Plan (SHBP) to study the cost implications of moving to a NADAC + reimbursement methodology for pharmacy reimbursement. PCMA is focused on removing “trigger” language in the bill that would force the SHBP to adopt the NADAC + methodology.
Up Next: PCMA and our members continue educating Senators on HB 1363 and HB 924, the ban on white bagging legislation. Five floor session days are left in the 2024 session that will adjourn on Thursday, March 28.
