In Review: Last week, Senator Chuck Hufstetler’s (R) SB 60 was heard in the Senate Insurance Subcommittee. PhRMA spoke in favor of the bill, while PCMA offered our opposition. Ultimately, the committee did not vote on SB 60.
Up Next: Thursday, March 6, is cross-over day. PCMA is optimistic that several issues we are engaged in will not advance out of the chamber of origin, potentially killing the issue for this year.
