In Review: Last Thursday was the much anticipated ‘cross-over’ day for the 2024 session in Georgia. The two issues that remain for PCMA after cross-over are HB 1363, a bill requiring the State Health Benefit Plan to study its drug acquisition, and HB 942, the white bagging bill.
Up Next: PCMA and our members will continue to educate Senators on both issues, with our goal of killing both in the Senate over the final month of the session.
