Up Next: LuGina Mendez-Harper (Prime Therapeutics) and Bill Head will be meeting with legislators in Boise this week to educate them on how PBMs function and share our concerns with the yet-to-be-introduced draft PBM bill, which contains several ant-PBM provisions, including a ban on spread pricing, mail order, reporting of all pass-throughs to clients and pharmacy payments, and continuity of care.
