In Review: House Bill 596 (ban on spread, mandatory minimum pharmacy reimbursement, transparency, 100% pass-through, mail order, and white bagging) was concurred to by the House Health and Welfare Committee and is now headed to the House floor for final passage.

Up Next: Our veto request is ready to send to the governor as soon as the House passes HB 596. PCMA members with a presence in Idaho are urged to contact Governor Brad Little’s (R) office to share our concerns and request a veto should the bill reach his desk.
