In Review: In early December, there had been strong indications that PBMs would be taken up during the lame duck session, but that will not be the case. PCMA has confirmed that there will not be a PBM bill that will be considered during the lame duck session that begins on Saturday, January 4 and will end on January 7th.
Up Next: The new legislative session will start on January 8.
