In Review: Governor J.B. Pritzker (D) signed HB 767 (Morgan-D) into law this week. The bill clarifies the Prescription Drug Affordability Act, passed in the spring as HB 1697, primarily by further asserting ERISA plan application for several PBM contract provisions. The Department of Insurance issued Company Bulletin 2025-20 to clarify PDAA applicability and PBM-covered individual reports and fees.
