In Review: PCMA counsel met with Representative Natalie Manley (D) this week to share concerns about HB 4761, creating a $10.49 dispensing fee. Representative Manley understands PCMA’s concerns and agreed that it will be difficult to pass a $10.49 dispensing fee in this political environment, given that it is an election year. Representative Manley conveyed to stakeholders on both sides that she will likely wait until next year to further push the bill.
