In Review: The bill filing deadline is Friday, February 6. As of this writing, the following bills have been identified as concerning PCMA and member companies:
- HB 4761 – relating to creating a $10.49 dispensing fee + NADAC
- HB 4793 – relating to refuse to fill
- SB 1258 – relating to prior authorization
- HB 4709 – relating to adopting the National Council of Insurance Legislators (NCOIL) prior authorization model bill
