In Review: PCMA is meeting with the Governor’s office and the Department of Insurance on Tuesday, April 1, to discuss PCMA’s concerns with the original draft of SB 1390. During a previous meeting on Sunday, March 23, we were not able to discuss all the members’ concerns about the original draft of the bill.

Up Next: The Governor’s office and the Department of Insurance will likely introduce a new version of the bill around April 8 so they can meet the Third Reading Deadline (first chamber) by April 11. In anticipation of the new bill, PCMA is launching a ‘higher cost’ campaign.
