In Review: The legislature is on Spring break this week, and no official business is scheduled. The Governor’s office is working on changes to the initial draft of the PBM legislation and has changed the legislative vehicle to SB 709. As of this date, no new language has been shared or introduced. PCMA has engaged the AFL-CIO and the business community in anticipation of a new language. PCMA is also finalizing details on an ad campaign once the legislation is introduced and the legislature is back from Spring break.
