In Review: PCMA counsel was notified by the Governor’s office late last week that the PBM bill is likely to come at the end of the session, near the adjournment date of May 31. As of today, there is no new statutory language, and the conventional wisdom is that we will not see statutory language until the end of the session. Illinois Families for Affordable HelathCare is continuing its ad campaign asking legislators to oppose SB 709. The campaign will run until the end of the legislative session.

Up Next: We are awaiting new statutory language, which will be created as an amendment to SB 709.
