In Review: PCMA and member companies are meeting with the Department of Insurance (DOI) in Chicago on Tuesday, July 15, to discuss issues surrounding the implementation of the PBM bill, HB 1697. Last week, DOI put out a bulletin, “Company Bulletin 2025-13 – Public Act 104-0027 Pharmacy Benefit Manager Fee,” announcing the creation of the following two templates:
- PBM Covered Individual Reporting Template
- Calendar Year 2025 Pharmacy Benefit Manager Covered Individual Fee Form
