Up Next: On Wednesday, PCMA will testify at a hearing in Chicago. The focus of the hearing will be on specialty drugs. Testifying alongside PCMA will be Dr. Shawn Griffin, the CEO of URAC, Vic Perini, and the VP of Sales and Account Management at ESI. PCMA has been primarily focused on HB 4548, an omnibus anti-PBM bill. However, we understand that the Illinois Department of Insurance is currently rewriting the bill, and as a result, we anticipate working on this legislation during the 2025 spring session.
