In Review: Last week, HB 1327 (Audits, Transparency) was heard in the House Health Committee for public testimony as a vote was withheld. However, HB 1327 is slated to be voted out of committee on Tuesday, January 23. Additionally, SB 3 (Prior Authorization) was heard and voted out of the Senate Health Committee unanimously in the face of opposition from the Chamber of Commerce and other stakeholders. The bill has been re-referred to the Senate Appropriations Committee, awaiting further debate.
