In Review: The Indiana legislative session began in December. Senate Bill 173, a vertical integration and forced pharmacy closure measure, was filed in the Indiana Senate. Bill filing will conclude on January 9.
Up Next: PCMA will host a state strategic call today to organize strategy against SB 173. It is anticipated that the bill will be heard in the Senate Committee on Health in the coming weeks.
