In Review: Indiana begins its legislative session this week. Prefiling of legislation is underway. So far, PCMA has identified the following seven bills of concern:
- SB 140 – reimbursement reporting requirements
- SB 145 – pharmacist scope of practice expansion
- HB 1062 –cancer step therapy ban
- SB 133 – co-pay accumulator ban
- SB 136 – rebate disclosure mandate
- SB 96 – pharmacist scope of practice expansion
- SB 118 – 340B program report
