In Review: Last week, HB 1327 (PBM Audits/Transparency) and HB 1332 (SB 8 Fix) were held in the Senate Health and Provider Services Committee. PhRMA and the Insurance Institute have been working on new language to make SB 8 from last year workable. HB 1327 has had several amendments filed. Of note, there is one that adds a network adequacy report to PBM reporting and Amendment 8, which reflects changes the industry has asked to make HB 1327 possible.

Up Next: HB 1327 has been scheduled for a hearing in the Senate Health and Provider Services Committee on Wednesday, February 28.
