In Review: The Indiana General Assembly adjourned late Friday evening. In all, the only legislation to pass that PCMA tracked was SB 9 (Health Care Entity Mergers) and an amended version of language from HB 1327 (PBM Audits/Transparency), which was included in the final conference committee report for HB 1259. Legislation not passing includes SB 3 (Prior Authorization), SB 257 (Fiduciary), and HB 1377 (Spread Pricing).
