In Review: PCMA and representatives from the industry met with Governor Mike Braun (R) concerning SB 140 (vertical integration). PCMA continues to engage with stakeholders to develop alternatives to this proposal.
Up Next: The Indiana Senate Health Committee will hear HB 1604 on Wednesday. An amendment to include couponing has been circulated for adoption. PCMA will be present to testify in opposition. SB 118 (340B drug report) will be heard in the House Committee on Public Health.
