In Review: The Indiana Senate Insurance Committee advanced HB 1604 after the adoption of an amendment to include couponing. PCMA was present to testify in opposition. The bill now heads to the Senate floor.

Up Next: The House Committee on Insurance will hear SB 140 (vertical integration, anti-PBM omnibus) and SB 480 (prior authorization) on Tuesday. PCMA will be present to testify in opposition. PCMA continues to coordinate member efforts to provide alternatives to SB 140. All indications suggest that the Chairman will hold SB 140 for another week to develop an amendment. The Committee will also vote on an amended SB 3 (fiduciary) on Tuesday.
