Indiana Weekly Update 3.4.24

In Review: Last week, HB 1327 was scheduled to be heard in the Senate Health and Provider Services Committee. Thanks to efforts by PCMA and member lobbyists on the ground, the bill was ultimately pulled from the agenda.

Up Next: With the General Assembly scheduled to adjourn this Friday, the focus over the next three days will be conference committees. While the team has done a great job of stopping several bad bills, SB 257 (Fiduciary Mandate), HB 1327 (PBM Audits/Transparency), SB 3 (Gold Card), and more, there are still several shell bills where PBM critics will try to place problematic language from prior legislation under consideration.
