In Review: SB 3 (fiduciary duty) has passed both chambers and was sent to the Governor.

Up Next: The House Committee on Insurance will meet this week to advance SB 140 and SB 480. The Chairman has distributed an amendment for SB 140 which eliminates vertical integration as well as restrictions on specialty and mail-order programs. The bill imposes a NADAC plus $10.48 dispensing fee for any pharmacy that does not also sell alcohol. All other pharmacies will receive NADAC reimbursement minimums. The Committee will also advance SB 480 (prior authorization).
