In Review: There was a meeting with the coalition opposing the kitchen sink anti-PBM bills (HSB 99/SSB 1074) with Senate leadership on Monday afternoon. PCMA testified as having numerous concerns on SF 197 (Step Therapy for Metastatic Cancer and Associated Conditions) that was held in the Senate Commerce. SF 319 (f/k/a SSB 1029), which deals with the Cost Controls of Health Care/Patient’s Right to Save Act, was renumbered, and the Senate Committee on Health and Human Services approved the bill. HSB 151 (Pain Treatment with Non-opioid Drugs) was introduced.
