In Review: PCMA and its members worked on various drafts of suggested language relative to HSB 99/SF 383, the kitchen sink anti-PBM bill. This is being done, given that the House Majority Leader told us to come up with language. PCMA was on the ground last week and met with members as well as our coalition partners on the matter.

Up Next: PCMA is waiting to hear back from member companies regarding the suggested language on HSB 99/SF 383 and will work with our coalition members, the Insurance Federation, and the Iowa Association of Industry and Business to reach an agreement.
