In Review: Last week, a draft document was circulated, which pulled together various proposals from the payors/PBMs relative to the kitchen sink anti-PBM bills HF 852/SF 383. PCMA and its members reviewed and made various comments. A House Commerce Subcommittee meeting was held on March 25 for SF 315 (reverse auction) and recommended passage even though the bill had a large fiscal note.

Up Next: PCMA’s comments on the payor/PBM proposal will be shared with our coalition and we will suggest having a call to discuss the various suggestions that were made.
