Up Next: The Iowa Insurance Department (IID) will hold its Annual Industry Meeting on Friday morning and will discuss proposed bill drafts for the upcoming legislative session. At this time, the only bill draft PCMA is watching deals with “HSA cost-sharing language for mandates” which we have seen in other states and exempts high deductible plans from laws such as copay accumulator bans.
